The Saji Residence in Perikalloor, Wayanad, combines modern elegance with traditional design across 1542 sq. ft. Featuring a terracotta-tiled pitched roof, the home offers 2 bedrooms on the ground floor, an open kitchen, dining area, patio, and courtyard. The first floor adds another bedroom, balcony, and open terrace, blending comfort and scenic views. Its minimalist design and warm material palette create a luxurious yet serene family retreat.
Renovation for Mr. Abhilash
The renovation of the Abhilash Paul Residence in Nadavayal, Wayanad, transforms a 3200 sq.ft. family home by seamlessly extending the ground floor with spacious, updated bedrooms, living, dining, and kitchen areas, while adding two modern bedrooms and a serene upper living-cum-library space on the first floor. The exterior receives a complete makeover, blending existing structural elements with contemporary design, revitalizing the look and feel of the house.
